Artistic Filters

Original Picture	This is the Original Picture that we will be applying filters on.
Colored Pencil	it gives the effect of drawing using a colored pencil.
Cutout	it gives the effect like you created the image from Cut-out pieces of paper
Dry Brush	it gives the effect of painting the edges of the image by a color between ( oil and watercolor) or by using a dry brush.
Film Grain	this effect is given by applying a pattern distributed evenly on the mid-tones and the shadow tones of an image, the light area of an image will have it's share of the pattern but it will be smoother than the mid-tones and shadow tones pattern.
Fresco	it will give you a more short and rounded dabs painting style on your image.
Neon Glow	it adds a variety of Glow types on your image , you have the ability to choose what color you want for the glow from the color picker box to get the desired result.
Paint Daubs	It gives you the ability to paint in different brush sizes. you can use different types of brushes like : a) wide blurry b) wide sharp c) light rough ....etc.
Palette Knife	this filter reduces the details in an image.
Plastic Wrap	this filter covers the whole image in shiny plastic effect.
Poster Edges	this filter will work according to specific options that you set, and what it'll do is reduce the colors in an image, giving you (Posterization) effect.
Rough Pastels	as it's name implies, this filter will give you the effect as if your image was given a stroke with colored pastel chalk.
Smudge Stick	it gives a softer effect to the image by smudging the dark areas in it, while making the light area in that same image brighter and with less details.
Sponge	it gives the effect as if the picture was painted with a sponge, giving you a highly textured of contrasting colors image .
Underpainting	this filter works by painting the image on a textured background, the textures can be selected from a list, then the final image will be painted over it giving you the underpainting effect.
Watercolor	it gives the effect as if the image was painted using watercolor , this filter will change and simplify the details in the image .
