Help Menu

F1 the shortcut for Photshop Help... is the ultimate Help for all Adobe products. The same dialog box will give you help for all Adobe products installed on your computer, to see that clearly type the term you want to search for in the search field and you will find under the search field all the Adobe products listed with the number of results for that term in each product.

About Photoshop... You can see here the version of your Photoshop and the credit of the people who worked on this version. Also you can click to see the Patent and Legal notice.

About Plug-In In this list you will see all the Photoshop plug ins and when you click on one of them you will see a small description about it and the name of its developer.

Patent and Legal notice... see the Patent and Legal notice.

System Info... All you need to know about about your system will be found here.

Registration... You can register with Adobe to receive newsletters and know about their events and seminars.

Download e-License... If you haven't obtained a license yet, you can get it from here.

Return e-License... If you need to install Photoshop on a different computer, you must return the license first, and get again when you are on the other computer.

Updates... Will download any updates available for the software.

Photoshop Online... Will take you to the Photoshop page on Adobe's site.

These options are all available in the Help dialog box (F1) and you can search for them. But here you will find some interesting things that you can do with Photoshop and they are neatly grouped

In CS3 you can see you can create your own "how to tips" and add them to the help menu, you can read about how to create them by click on the right arrow
