New Video Layer From File.. Choose an existing video file on your computer to be put in a video layer in your document
New Blank Video Layer Create a new blank video layer
Insert Blank Frame Insert a blank frame at the current position of the time indicator in your blank video frame.
Duplicate Frame
Duplicate the frame of the current position of the time indicator in your blank video frame.
Delete Frame Delete the frame at the current position of the time indicator in your blank video frame.
Replace Footage... If source movie is deleted, renamed or moved... you can choose this command to relink the source with the movie layer
Interpret Footage... From here you can specify the Alpha Channel, the De-Interlace, the Frame Rate and the Color Profile
Hide/Show Altered Video Toggle between these 2, show and hide altered video
Restore Frame Undo any changes made to a specific frame.
Restore All Frames Undo any changes made to a all frames.
Reload Frame Refresh the frame to show any changes that have occurred
Rasterize convert the video layer to a regular layer
