Healing Brush

The Healing Brush Tool,
helps you removing and correcting imperfections and defects in an
image. It functions as a re-modifying tool for the spot you apply
the Healing Brush tool on. It copies from surrounding pixels with
perseverance of light, transparency, and texture of the original
image. To give a final result of new pixels blending with what's
around them in a smooth way. Same time you would need to define a
source point before applying it to a new spot.

In general the Spot
Healing Brush Tool works in the similar approach of the Healing
Brush Tool. The difference is that while working with it, you don't
have to define a source spot to copy from.
